Winnipeg's Bike to Work Day was this past Friday, June23rd. Thank you to all the visitors that stopped by our Pit Stop at Dakota and Bishop Grandin. Once again this year we greeted cyclists, provided refreshments for refueling on their commute in, gave away eyeglass cleaning kits and raffled off a pair of Bolle cycling sunglasses. Congratulations to this year's winner.

Even though this year's Bike to Work Day was a rainy and windy one at times, we were pleased to see almost double the amount of riders pop by this year over hosting our Stop last year. Congratulations to Bike Week Winnipeg on another successful Bike Week for 2017. We also want thank City Councillor Brian Mayes who was behind the bike repair station that was permanently installed at the SE corner of Dakota and Bishop early last week and was admired and used by many on the morning. See you out there next year!
